Welcome to ZifLite Tech (ziflite.tech), a tech blog providing reviews, tutorials, industry analysis, and premium content via Reader Revenue Manager. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and content (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

We may update these Terms at any time. We’ll notify you of material changes via email, site notice, or through the Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and are not barred from using the Services under applicable law.

2. User Accounts and Subscriptions

  • Accounts: To access premium content, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You’re responsible for all activity under your account—keep your password secure.
  • Subscriptions via Reader Revenue Manager: Subscriptions are managed through Google’s Subscribe with Google. By subscribing, you agree to Google’s terms and our payment terms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue subscription tiers, but we’ll provide notice where possible.
  • Billing and Payments: Charges are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy or required by law. You authorize recurring payments for subscriptions. Cancel anytime via your Google account.
  • Trial Periods: If offered, trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled. We’ll remind you before charging.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: All text, images, videos, and other materials on ZifLite Tech are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • User Content: Comments, submissions, or feedback you provide are non-confidential. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute it. You represent that your content doesn’t infringe third-party rights.
  • Premium Content: Access is limited to subscribers. Unauthorized sharing or downloading violates these Terms and may result in account termination.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for illegal purposes or in violation of any law.
  • Interfere with the Services (e.g., hacking, viruses, excessive automated requests).
  • Harass, defame, or impersonate others.
  • Commercialize our content without permission (e.g., reselling articles).
  • Attempt to bypass paywalls or access restrictions.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations without notice.

5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

  • As-Is Basis: The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • No Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZifLite Tech, its affiliates, and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability won’t exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZifLite Tech from claims arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violations. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. Subscriptions may continue until the end of the billing period unless canceled.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
